A competition entry for the Animafest Zagreb festival trailer and visuals.

Animafest Zagreb is a well-established festival, and their mascot, Mandlek, is famous for his bowler hat. Since the festival is about seeing new and inspirational work, the animations here are short treatments for a longer tale, where Mandlek is collecting his sources of inspiration into his hat. He wears it to feed his mind with inspiration, until it erupts with new ideas and visual blends.
